The Process

USI will send your product over to China for pricing at three different qualified factories. Every factory is different and will offer different criteria that may or may not benefit you company. For example, factory A may have the best price but has a MOQ (minimum order requirement) that is too high for your need . Or the factory B may have a low MOQ but have a higher price. All of these factors will be taken into consideration while working with you on choosing a factory.

After a factory is chosen, USI will work up a cost evaluation that will give you a price for your product landed at your door or your destination of choice. If this price is agreeable, we will begin the process of sampling your product. We will send your product over to the factory for them to make a sample. USI has established special incentives with factories to speed up the sampling process. Once the sample is 100% correct you will sign off for mass production.

This process is reached after both parties agree on the quality of the product and are comfortable with taking the product to mass production. An estimated production timeline and delivery date will be provided by USI.

While we do our best to make sure that your samples and products arrive on time there are unfortunately, certain events beyond our control. We will act on our best efforts to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and will communicate any potential delays that may occur. During mass production there are possible mistakes that may occur due to human or mechanical error. We expect during all production that there may be a 1-2 percent error rate and our customers must recognize this and plan accordingly. Any number of defects exceeding the 2% defect rate will be compensated monetarily at cost by Universal Stylz, Inc. All defects must be shipped back to Universal Stylz, Inc before receiving compensation.
